#2 Work on the preparation work emailed to you after step #1, and wait for your interview

 

Standard Price – $995.00 (First Time Participants)
Supporting Price – $1,295.00 (First Time Participants)
Returning Elders Standard Price – $895.00 (Returning Elders)
Returning Elders Supporting Price – $1,195.00 (Returning Elders)

A number of first time and returning elders need support to attend – choosing the ‘supporting’ payment option allows those who feel truly called to this work to make these rites, If you can help support them, choose the corresponding supporting option.

Ex: if you are registering as a First Timer and want to support other first time registrants, select the ‘Supporting price for ‘First Time Participants.’ If you are registering as a Returning Elder and want to support other returning elders, select the ‘Supporting Price for Returning Elders.’

Scholarships are available, by contacting erop@illumanofwa.org. It is of a high value to us, that to the greatest extent possible, money is NOT a barrier to participation. If money is the reason you might not come, PLEASE ask for further scholarship–we have it in our plans to extend this money!

Refunds
All payments are refundable if requested before July 9th. Between July 9th and August 9th, you will be refunded 25% of the total amount paid.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures

Exceptions
In the case of a serious medical emergency (with medical evidence provided), we may consider a more flexible refund. This will be at our discretion and will depend on the specific circumstances. If the retreat is canceled by us, for any reason, participants will receive a full refund of all monies paid to us. However, we are not responsible for any other expenses incurred, such as flights, hotels, etc.

Insurance
We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, medical expenses and loss of personal belongings.

The price includes four nights lodging, all food and the program.

#4 Plan your travel…You may fly into and out of Portland or Seattle. Seattle is a 4 hour drive, Portland is a 3 hour drive…Some men are able to fly in on Wednesday morning and out on Sunday night…others may need to fly in Tuesday night. Arrival time at Ekone is 2 PM Wednesday and we are finished at 2:30 PM on Sunday. We will help with carpool organizing as able, but are NOT responsible for your arrival to the ranch.
